This Statue is in very good condition no damage or repairs. .Dimensions 28" x 10Shefrin has received 57 national honors and awards and 9 national medals, including some of the most prestigious honors that are awarded to artists. She has held exhibitions with many major art societies.Shefrin's formal education and apprenticeship at the University of Hartford with Wolfgang Beil, Lloyd Glasson and Peter Pelleteri. She went on to Wesleyan University, and studied with John Risley and San Miguel de Allende. She studied in Mexico with Walter Webber and Pietra Santa, and in Italy with Bruno Lucchesi. She studied further with Lucchesi at the National Academy of Fine Arts, in New York.
