This is a phenomenal pair of signed bisque porcelain busts!! These finely detailed busts were made by the French artist/sculpture, J. Suisant in the latter half of the 1800's. His signature is in script on the back of the male bust. They are finely detailed and painted in very soft pastel tones and highlighted with metallic gold!! Inside the base are the impressed numerals 1858. There is absolutely no damage to these lovely busts, nor has there ever been! They are very heavy and stand 17" tall. I will be shipping these priority insured in separate boxes to insure safe delivery. These are so realistic looking!!!Please look at all photos and read the full description.
