I’m offering extraordinary items out of my collection – and I’m glad to see that you’re interested in thiswonderful item.

In more than 35 years (including 15 years as a radio reporter and DJ), I collected over 800 signed vinyl records alone (plus literally thousands of other autographs on photos etc.), that werehand-signedby the artists when I met them for interviews or promotion all over Europe. My collection is unique - and this is one of my jewels.

The original signaturesof thevarious membersof USA FOR AFRICA on their legendary 12" record "We Are The World" come from Germany, where I met the different artists individually between 1985 and today. I believe that this record is one of a kind. I have not seen another cover that was signed by that many members of the "band". Over the years, I personally asked the following artists to sign this record for me:

Harry Belafonte, Lindsey Buckingham, Sheila E., Bob Geldof, Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates, Al Jarreau,Billy Joel, Cyndi Lauper, Huey Lewis & The News, Willie Nelson, Lionel Richie, Diana Ross,Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, Dionne Warwick and Stevie Wonder.

Record and covershow clear signs of handling, storage and age. The record comes from a pet-free/smoke-free Environment, however.

Just like these signatures, I obtained all autographs face-to-face (“in person“). I started collecting signed items back in 1985 and only decided to give some of them away several years ago. Since then, I have earned the trust of many satisfied customers from around the world, resulting in an excellent reputation and response rating. I guarantee the authenticity of each and every signature I offer. If you wish me to do so, I will be glad to issue a personal letter of authenticity, telling you in detail when, where and under what circumstances I received the different signatures in question. That written statement is a lifetime guarantee, that the item you bought is genuine.

It goes without saying that I will be very accurate and careful preparing and packing the item for you. Regarding the value of the LP, I will only send itinsuredandregisteredwith a tracking ID.That's obviously more expensive, butworth the investment. The insurance will protect both of us. Because this is a private sale, I do not accept returns.
