Antique Sterling Enamel Krewe of Proteus Brooch Pendant Dated 1911 Mardi Gras Favor. Proteus is the 2nd oldest Krewe in Mardi Gras History.Marks- Marked Sterling, Proteus and 1911.Measures 2 1/8" Long and 1 3/8" Tall.Condition is Beautiful. There are 3 Spots of Enamel Damage on Close Inspection, but to the Casual Observer, not highly Noticeable. I do believe there was also a Chain attached at the bottom that is missing.
