The 1982 Fender Jazz Bass in factory gold finish is a rare model! Made for only 1, maybe 2 years. From what I can gather, this model was made using necks that were later destined for the US-made Vintage Re-Issues, in that they all had \"dot\" inlays rather than the \"block\" inlays that usually graced the Jazz Bass.The bass is all original. It does show some play wear and a small 1/4 spot on the side where the finish wore thru from the strap. The gold hardware looks gorgeous! We\'ve done a full in-shop set up and she plays great! Neck is straight, frets are fine and all electronics work properly. These Jazz necks are to die for...thin and slinky as hell. This model is indeed hard to find! Here is a chance to get a really good playing one. And, we\'ll ship it with the original case and we\'ll ship it for FREE!
