This listing is for aW & T Avery Birmingham Enamel Scale.I picked this scale up at an sale and know nothing about it. It looks to me to be either a reproduction or refurbished. The nuts and bolts look pretty new. I don\'t have the bowl or weights. The scale looks to be in very good condition and seems to work properly. It has 3 lbs. 1 oz. cast into the bottom of the weight plate. It looks like the wood block under the weight plate is covering something else cast into it. I can make out (Co. 1831).I love to learn about these things, so any knowledge on this item would be appreciated.
