Tracking & Return

All packages will be delivered by the post service who picked up merchandises from our warehouse and will provide tracking number to us 3 days later.

(Taiwan) for questions concerning whether and when the package has been shipped out from Taiwan. Buyer shall contact the recipient’s local post office for questions concerning whether the package has arrived.

If the shipped goods is returned by the buyer’s country’s post office for unknown reason, we will inform the buyer at the first step. If necessary, we will take photos of the returned goods with post office’s stamp for buyer’s reference. If buyer ask to send the goods again, the buyer is responsible for paying half of the shipping cost (we will absorb the other half cost). If the buyer asks for refund, we will deduct the sipping cost and refund the balance to the buyer. Please make sure you understand and agree this point before you make any purchasing.
