Inuit Artist Kenojuak Ashevak (1927-2013), from Cape Dorset, is possibly the most renowned Inuit Artist ever-and today is regarded as a great Canadian national treasure. Her art is sought all over the world by collectors. \"Sunbird\" was purchased by our family in 1996 from Inuit Gallery of Vancouver, BC. We paid CDN $4500 ($3500US). The print itself is 29 X 23\" and the total frame print is 36 X 30. The entire framed print will be shipped. The print was professionally framed in 1996. \"Sunbird\" was created in 1967 using stone cut printing and is numbered 46/50, and signed by the artist. The print is very unique and it will become a conversation piece wherever it is displayed. The original invoice will be shipped with the print along with a picture taken in 2003 .
