Here is a hair style you don’t see very often!

Up for sale is a doll that I believe is a Parian doll. There is a marking on the back of the base of the head. I’m not sure if the marking is 2 / 0 or if it is a V like symbol / 0. The picture of the mark is faint so I added another picture with a tracing in blue of the mark. (I’m not very good at tracing with the mouse, but it gives you a good general idea of the mark. The blue is Not on the piece.) She is approx. 12” tall. Her arms, legs and the lower part of the bust is that matte finish. Her face paint is very good, with the exception of a little red paint missing on her upper lip. The paint on her legs/shoes is good, with the exception of some of the black paint worn off on the tips of the shoes and the buttons up the side. She has dirty dish water blonde hair. (I think it is a very unusual style.) There is a very faint circle like mark above her right eye. I believe it was in the mold when she was made. I have tried to show it in a picture, but it’s not showing up very well.She has a cloth body that has some stains on it but no rips or tears. I am not sure what she is stuffed with but her body feels very firm and solid when you squeeze it. The lace part of the dress is attached at the waist and is coming loose. It just needs some reinforced sewing. There are some spots on the dress that might come out when laundered. I’m not sure how the lace part attached at the waist is supposed to fit on the doll. I pulled it up around the neck. Her skirt and bloomers look all most new. They are both sewn very tight to the body Please look at all the pictures.
