We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way. item must be returned packed in the same condition in which it is received.
For functionality, this item comes with a 15-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RAN (return authorization number) and have you send the item back for a replacement. A note must be include in the box stating the item #, your email address, the full reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund .. If a replacement is needed, we will try our best to get you the same model you won, if that is not possible we will try to work with you to find an item acceptable to you. Our warranty expires 15 days from the date of delivery.
Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is usually 3-5 business days, depending on the model. We do require the item to be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
