DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days. We are open Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time and closed weekends.
- We offer combined shipping on 2 or more items.
- Shipping is based upon value, weight, size, and destination.
- We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address or registered address. -NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We do not ship to UPS stores or freight forwarding companies.
- All shipments to United States Postal Service (USPS) PO Boxes will be sent via US Mail.
- Most orders will be shipped via USPS. Heavy or high value orders may be shipped via Fedex ground.
- A current phone number is required for all Fedex & Express Mail orders.
- Signature is required on all packages. Domestic orders under $500 will ship USPS 1st Class Mail. Domestic packages $500+ ship via registered mail.
- Insurance is included on all orders. All orders are insured to the point of delivery.
- automatically calculates estimated shipping time based on our current processing (handling) time and shortest time needed for delivery with the shipping service. Actual shipping times may vary.
- If you are in a hurry, expedited (rush) shipping is available at an extra cost as specified on thru Fedex Air or USPS Express Mail (our choice).
- Most Domestic shipping are FREE with the exception of heavy/bulky items such as books for example or unless otherwise mentioned.
- For all purchases within California we are required to collect a tax of 9%. However, any coin or bullion orders over $1500 are tax exempt if purchased at the same time. There is no California sales tax for orders shipped outside of California.

- Tampering or interfering with the mail is a federal offense. We reserve the right to investigate all claims and prosecute those in the event of fraud.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: We accept international orders from most countries aside from a few select countries.
- The shipping charge covers the full shipping cost from the United States to your country. Any additional import duties, customs fees, shipping & handling charges, tariffs, taxes, VAT, or GST are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer?s responsibility. Please check with your country?s customs office, post office, or local Fedex office to determine what these additional costs to you will be prior to purchasing.
- We use USPS Express Mail & Fedex International as carriers and we can ONLY ship to your confirmed PayPal address or registered address. We do not ship to any other address that is not listed on or PayPal, nor do we ship to any shipping companies, freight forwarders, mail drops, or storage units.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping is based upon value, weight, size, and destination. will automatically calculate shipping charges on a per item basis.
- Express Mail packages under 1 pound are $47 USD. Packages over USD $1500 are sent Fedex International, which starts at USD $70 for the first pound.
- For orders containing 2+ items, please contact us for a combined invoice BEFORE you pay.
- Customs:
- Each international order will be insured and declared for the full value as a ?collectible numismatic item? (unless otherwise stated) on the customs declaration. We cannot declare any shipment as a gift or undervalue the package. There are no exceptions.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of your receipt. Please contact us ASAP to expedite the return process. Some items are one of a kind yet we are happy to make an exchange if in stock. Please contact us first.
- PandaAmerica will not honor any sale where a typographical or computer error is made by or us.
- All items shipped by Fedex or Express Mail require a phone number.
- Due to the multiples of some coins we sell, we sometimes use stock photos and you will not receive the serial number shown in the listing. You will always get a beautiful coin as described exactly in the item listing.
