This 1853 California Gold Token is octagonal in shape with Liberty head on the front and a star on the back. It is very small, approximately 10mm across and in mint condition with no scratches or flaws whatsoever. I know nothing of the gold content, but it has been sealed as you see it here in mycoin collection for over 50 years.
