Very tough Richmond District with tougher Burke/Glass signature combo. PMG graded as a F12, from the Rickey Collection/hoard. Good solid note, one of about 35 known from this district, only a handful above VF20. Look at the pictures and decide if its the note for your collection. I do not accept returns on graded items.
