This is an old antique model 55 Atwater Kent tube radio manufactured 1929 ina beautiful cabinet manufactured by Pooley. The radio operates on 110 VAC; it takes aminiuteto warn-up but it still works, picked-up some AM stations! I\'ve had this radio for around twenty-five years and before that it was purchased from an estate in Knoxville, Tennessee where it was bought new. The case is solid but does have some very small dings and or light scratches, not bad for 85 year-old radio. This is a very rare find, original condition (had a few tubs replaced over the years as expected) non-restored working radio from 1929. This radio has always been kept in a climate controlled Environment. I am not a collector but I would rate this radio a solid 9 out of a 10.
