Hello! JUST REDUCED!!I just purchased a large collection of 1930\'s/40\'sBakelite Pencil Sharpenersfrom an advanced CollectorI\'ll be listing them over the next few months.
This is a great amber coloredBakelite1934 A Century of Progress ChicagoPencil Sharpener
A Century of Progress International Expositionwas aWorld\'s Fairregistered under theBureau International des Expositions(BIE), which was held inChicago, asThe Chicago World\'s Fair, from 1933 to 1934 to celebrate the city\'s centennial. The theme of the fair was technological innovation. The fair\'s motto was \"Science Finds, Industry Applies, Man Adapts\"; its architectural symbol was theSky Ride, atransporter bridgeperpendicular to the shore on which one could ride from one side of the fair to the other.

I placed a quarter in a photo for size comparison.It has been used but in great conditionwith normal wear.The original sealed decal isn\'t perfect,but it\'s a good example.No Cracks, No Chips.Please see photos for details.This is the only one I have with this graphic/shape.I will gladly combine shipping on multiple sharpeners.Please review the photos above and email any questions.Thanks so much for looking!
