This is a 1961 Ford M151A1 MUTT Military Utility TacticalTruck (“Army Jeep”). There is verylittle rust anywhere on this vehicle. Itstarts up easily, runs great and drives straight and brakes without pulling, ithas never overheated on me, I have driven it 20 miles and back on a regularbasis at highway speed ( 55 mph) with no problem (estimated MPH as there is nospeedometer).

The 4 wheel drive works.

The tail lights and head lights work. I put on temporary LED lights as blinkers butthese are non-functioning.

Oil pressure gauge works but the fuel gauge does notfunction.

It includes the roof bows, door frames, vinyl top and sidecurtains, all are installed.

The water fording snorkel and exhaust are attached to thevehicle but I do not believe that the system is hooked up.

There is a jerry can, ax and shovel. There is also the standard issue jack and lugwrench.

I do not know if this is “cut” or “uncut”.

There is no heater or wiper system.

Titled as a 1961 Ford Suburban in NJ. NJ Registration and plated and insured. No inspection and I cannot guarantee thiswill pass inspection in NJ or any state,it is entirely up to you as to whether this can be a road going vehiclebut I do not warrant that this meets Federal Highway standards or that it canbe driven on public roads.

This is sold as-is, locally – the purchaser will need topick up themselves on a weekend, I will not be able to assist in transportingthis vehicle. Please note that thisvehicle is located in Amagansett, NY and must be picked up by winning buyer inperson on a Saturday or Sunday, I will not be able to assist in shipping thisvehicle. I do not recommend driving thisto your destination, you should bring a trailer.
