For sale: one 1964 Ampeg B15NC. The chassis says B18N, but the wiring inside matches the schematic included with the amp which is for a B-15-NC. This makes sense since the speaker is a 15\" model JBL. I could not date the speaker, but my tech (Tim at Full Custom Music Repair in Lemoyne, PA) believes it is an original upgrade from the factory as this particular model seems to have been a factory custom job. He said that it was not unheard of for this chassis to be paired with a 15\" cab instead of an 18.

Tim completely serviced the amplifier -- new Groove Tube power tubes, new phase inverter power coupling caps, a few new resistors, and returned this unit to Class-A as the previous tech to work on it had the unit done in some cold-biased odd setup. A copy of the repair invoice will be included for your records.

The tolex, grill cloth, and handle appear to be replaced. You can see the original material on the dolly in the pictures.

The amp has no issue, sounds amazing (including the speaker), and works perfectly.

Shipping will be via UPS with full insurance. I will package the tubes with bubble wrap in their sockets and the grate so you will need to remove that wrapping upon receipt. The dolly will be removed but packaged in the box as well (so the wheels don\'t poke through).
