This is avery nicerebuilt 1964 Studebaker Hawkradio manufactured byDelco (model AC 3474). Also comes with the very hard to find original power/speaker plug with wiring and the fuse link and fuse. Servicing of this radio included a thorough cleaning and lubrication, new capacitors and out of tolerance resistors and more. The cabinet has been de-oxidized. All of the mechanics functionfine including the station presets, station selections andmanual tuning. The radio plays and sounds great with excellent reception and sensitivity up and down the tuning scalewithnice tone andstrong volume. It should provide good service for a long time to come. Not only does the radio play well but it is invery nicecosmeticcondition with beautiful brightshinychrome on the bezel (little to no pitting)and original four piece knob set. The ivory push buttons show some discoloration that can be seen upon close inspection but they still look fine. Thenumbers on the tuning scale are a little out ofplace but the numbers are still discernible for finding stations. The aluminum dash trim has a few waves in it from being bent but it still looks pretty nice. Please be sure tolook at the enlarged pictures for a detailed view of this very nice radio.Also includedare the dash mounting nuts. This radio should provide good service fora long time.
