You are considering a Ford 2000 tractor with a 6\' Nortrac Finish mower. Both items are used but are in good usable condition. The tractor cranks and runs fine. We acquired it from a local school sale about 2 years ago and have used it to cut grass around our building. We have 2 other tractors besides this one, so we have decided to sell it. Tractor has a few minor hydraulic leaks, but nothing major. As mentioned above, the tractor cranks and runs fine. The body has scratches, dings, paint wear, surface rust, etc. commonly associated with a used tractor of this age (mfg. in 1969). The upper part of the front grill is cracked (see 3rd picture). The PTO, transmission and hydraulics all seem to work as they should. This tractor does not have power steering, but still handles pretty well. The school we acquired this tractor from used it for lawn maintenance, so it has turf tires on the back instead of the traditional tractor tread type. Tractor is being sold \"AS IS\". It can be inspected and test driven at our place of business in Muscle Shoals, AL 35661. Please contact us for location and to set up a inspection time.
The included finish mower is a used 6\' Nortrac (sold by Northern Tool). The mower works fine. We put new blades on it about a year ago. We installed a new battery in the tractor in May of this year.
