The Fender Precision Bass is perhaps the most influentialinstrument in modern music. As the first truly usable electric bass, itrevolutionized the way bands arranged themselves, made it easier for groups totour and forever changed the presence of the bass in the recording or live mix.

This 1973 model has the classic 70’s three tone sunburstfinish over an alder body. The maple neck is the Fender “A” version which isthe thinnest of the bunch and a real favorite of these players. The pickup andhardware are original. Bridge is solid and the tuners are open backed. A goodexample of a P-Bass form this era and would make a good vintage player for amodern player as well.

This 1973 Fender Precision P-Bass Guitar is a used item inVG+ condition. There are no major dings or marks with the exception of somelight finish wear from normal use. The neck shows some finish wear as well, butnothing that is a problem or blemish. The nut was replaced. No other deep dingsor scratches. No pickup or bridge covers. Neck is in good shape with good action and easy playability.
