This is a 1973 Ideal Tiffany Taylor 18 inch tall doll with changeable platinum blonde and brunette hair, Made in Hong.

She is wearing a very pretty homemade nylon dress. Her eyelashes and makeup are all there. She could use a light cleaning. I think the brunette side of the hair and bangs may have received a hair trim so she is a played with doll who displays very nicely.
