A: Yes, if you win multiple sales on one day you will receive a combined invoice with your shipping discount. If you win sales on different days, you will receive a consolidated invoice each day you win with all previous purchases. We extend this courtesy out for 10 days and ask that you wrap things up and make payment on outstanding items after those 10 days. Q: Can the photos be cleaned?
A: Yes. Grease pencil markings can be wiped off with a dry paper towel (most of which we have already removed). Permanent marker and \"painted areas\"can be removed with a baby wipe, Clorox wipe, or denatured alcohol, butBEWARE dampness and photos do not mix! Wipe firmly but briefly then dry immediately. Repeat as necessary.

A:Yes, we absolutely do make mistakes but please be assured if a mistake is made, every effort will be made to make sure it is corrected.
