1982 Snidow in lower corner and I believe the title of this print is Chuckwagon

Appears to be in original plastic wrap with several tears and opening to the wrap - it has not been removed.
Original Hanging Instructions packets within plastic on underside.

Label on underside: NATIONAL PICTURE & FRAME CO.

Outside measurements of the frame - 27 3/4 inches tall by 32 5/8 inches wide (approximate)
