Hello! I am selling my Beautiful 1986 Peugeot PX bicycle. I\'ve realized I have too many bikes in the fleet right now, and this one must go. I\'ve done everything I could to make this already one of a kind bike a little more special by installing new tires, Modolo brake hoods, cables and housing, as well as replacing the handlebar tape. The previous owner had placed some stickers on the frame, and I was unable to get those off without removing the paint, so I left those on, which can be seen in the photos. The MAVIC components are in amazing shape, probably the closest you can possibly get to NOS. The Starfish style crank has one tiny scuff, I couldn\'t even get a decent photo of it and it would probably buff right out. The Mavic hubs are perfect and the derailleurs are in excellent shape. This bicycle is a serious head turner, and once those vintage cycling lovers see the MAVIC group, I promise they wont stop drooling. Thank you for looking!!!
Item Details:-56cm Frame, 80.5cm standover height-Measurements as pictured: saddle height- 73cm, saddle tip to center of handlebar- 53cm-Frame/fork material is steel Columbus SLX, chrome fork shows no pitting or damage whatsoever-Brand new NOS Modolo 919 anatomic brake hoods in grey-Brand new 700x25 Hutchinson Equinox tires (French!)-Brand new shift/brake cables and housing-Brand new Cinelli cotton handlebar tape-Full MAVICcomponent group, including BB, headset, caliper brakes, brake levers, handlebars, crankset, front and rear derailleurs, pedals, hubs, and shift levers.-Cinelli stem-Selle Italia Turbo saddle in used shape, still plenty of life left-Crank length is 172.5mm-Chainrings are 39/53t-Freewheel is 7 speed, 13-24t
