1992 M998 humvee. Starts runs and drives well. Dont see any leaks, had it parked in one spot for a week no spots underneath. 2 door soft top as pictured. 6.2 engine. Has proper working lights. Troop seats in back. Small chip in drivers windshield. On road transferrable registration in my name in hand. Over 25 years no title issued the reg and bill of sale are used for transfer. Back of reg has place for seller and buyer to sign. Fed law requires states to reciprocate and accept the transfer documents another state chooses to issue. Most of the upper east coast states won\'t issue a title over 25 years. Other states dmv\'s understand this and I have never had an issue transferring a vehicle.
