1995 Stewart & Stevenson 1078 LMTV 2.5 ton Army cargo/flatbed truck with low miles. Caterpillar 3116 diesel, 7spd Allison automatic transmission, AWD, 46\" tires, CTIS (central tire inflation system); control tire pressure w/push of a button, and go anywhere! Equipped w/snorkel- can drive through 60\" of water!! Hardened to EMP. Totally serviced, all fluids flushed & refilled. Dynamat sound & heat insulation added (dropped the interior noise level by 25+ dBa!!) The most capable work truck for hard to reach job sites, or just the ultimate off road toy. I acquired this truck with only 870 miles, and it now has 4400, and they are all easy miles; 45 mph back and forth to my shop, where it spends most of its life indoors!
