(EF)This is for a 1997 Mercury 8 HP running outboard motor. All functions of the motor work. Started in a tub of water, check water pump, and shifted the gears, everything worked. I don\'t know the hours on this motor but they are very little. I replaced the oil in the lower unit to check it for water, all is fine.Comes with the tank show in the last photo. Also haveoriginal manual, tools, and cords..
