The coin offered here has anAuthenticDavid HallSignature.David Hall was the founder of the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS), the current industry standard for numismatic grading and authentication. Since its inception in the 1980s, PCGS has graded tens of millions of coins.

With regard to these 2016-W Gold Mercury Dimes in PCGS-SP70 “First Strike”, as of May 30th, PCGS has graded6,027First Strike \"Flag\" labelled coins (Coin #: 597224) and8,019Centennial (White) labelled coins (Coin #: 598598). In that same time, they have only graded188David Hall autographed coins (Coin #: 600010). That means that theDavid Hall autographed dimes representONLY 1% - 1.5%ofallthe coins holdered by PCGS thus far!This label scarcity has made them an incredibly popular and sought-after coin. While population figures change on a daily basis, if this continues, these David Hall labelled coins are set to have one of lowest, if not the lowest, populations of any 2016-W Gold Mercury Dimes in a major label.
