(Item shows no sign of a signature as far as I can see). This is a heavy dish that has deep cuts along with etched flowers motif. It also has sawtooth cuts around rim. The dish glows a green color under a black light and shows signs of wear on the bottom. It has some chips along the top rim and some flea bits and scratches due to age. All of my ABP was either acquired at a thrift store, yard sale, or from a family member.I looked at the miter cuts through a loop and it doesn\'t look like they were diamond wheel cut, as far as I can tell. I am not an expert on cut glass though. This is just my observations from doing research. I want to list items to the best of my ability.
