This is a very beautifulantique cracker or biscuit jar. It is by Nippon and is hand painted with beautiful pink florals trimmed in gold beading. Artwork is lovely. Condition is very nice. I see no obvious damage. The older Japan pieces are often imperfect, as they were all hand made and painted. You can see somepaint speckles (see photos) possibly when artist created it. Only mentioned for accuracy.It is large measuring 3 x 6 x 8. Displays beautifully. When any piece of china is used antique or vintage, you can expect to see some signs of wear, usually very minimal unless otherwise described. Any questions, please feel free to contact me.
