This beauty was given to those representatives earning President\'s Club status in 1978. The ruby is genuine. The ring is Sterling silver, plated with gold. This one is size 8. I don\'t remember the details of the gold plating. All I can tell you is that it does polish up well. The first picture is a stock photo (credit Avon) of the ring when it was new. The others are of my ring, the one which you will receive. It is in the original blue velvet box! Inside the box lid, it\'s showing it\'s age from being stored. Otherwise, it\'s in great condition for its age! This is a beautiful example of Avon\'s 1970s jewelry. The distinct Avon mid-century 4 A logo is evident in the design. I hate to part with it, but I\'m planning a move and absolutely must pare down. I have a lifetime\'s worth of goodies that will be listed as I decide what I can stand to part with.... if you\'re looking for a particular item, please feel free to ask. My collections include housewares, glass, jewelry....and every decanter and plate Avon ever produced.

now charges sellers 10% of the quotedshipping cost as an additional fee, plus 10% of the final value, so pleaseunderstand this when buying. PayPal also charges a seller fee which I can\'tfigure out, but seems to average about 5%. Whatever your final cost, theseller loses about 15% of that, plus the cost of shipping materials. is still my favorite place to sell, but for yard sale addicts and pickers likeme, it\'s hard when people don\'t understand that most sellers aren\'t jacking up the shipping costs. Most of us are just trying to recover what we are being charged!
