Refurbished as follows:
1) Four new output transistors (MJ15003)
2) New power supply electrolytics on the power amp board
3) Replaced power resistor (560 Ohm 5 Watt)
4) New driver transistor and heat sinkon the power amp board 5) New electrolytics on the preamp board
6) New main power supply cap (the black one)
7) New 3 prong power cord plug
The amp has had a comlete re-cap (all boards and power supply)
The amp was burned in for 12 hours and play tested.
The amp can product a wide range of sounds from bright (for slap bass)
down to the traditional flat Fender Bassman \"Deep\" sound\"
It makes a great addition to a home studio or an awesome practice amplifier.I did my best to accurately describe the amp.
========================= R E V I S I O N amp does not have the date written inside the cabinet (where as the 126 and 220 both had hand written dates).
So this 150b has the following date codes on these components:Power transformer (Bullock Magnetics) has a date code of: 7135 (1971)
Driver transformer (output stage) has a date code of 7129 (1971)
The pots all have the code 137-7131 (1971)So all the date codes indicate date of manufacture date of mid look at the picture and if you have any questions, please ask prior to offerding.
