Dark rust orange velvet with black trim.
Wonderful styling and details.
Silk lining has shredded beyond repair.
Quality made but wired frame needs adjusting.

Small circumference inside hat is 7 inches.No hat is in perfect condition I sell on consignment for others and will always have a nice eclectic mix of items from serious collectors.
All items are either antique, vintage, or as found condition.
