Nicely made old cigar band cup that I believe is a match holder. Match bands are decoupaged between glass. Inside and out both show the bands. Photos can explain it better than I. I\'ve seen lots of bowls made like this, but never a match holder. Must be somewhat unusual. Measures 2-1/2 inches tall.
