Description

This is an early round embossed aluminum malted milk canister or container from Borden\'s, circa 1920s - 1930s.Itwas used in drug stores, soda fountains, and also forhome use.

On three sides it has the diamond style logo and reads (impressed): Borden\'s Richer MALTED MILK. Note that this one does not have a lid. All of the color lettering is original and in great shape.

The size is about 6-1/8\" diameter x 6\" tall.

Overall, it is in very good condition with one small dent near the bottom right of one of the logos. This originally had a high gloss finish when first produced. It could be polished up, if desired.

There are a number of small divots on the bottom (we see only 1 pin hole that goes through). Perhaps someone considered using it as a planter or as some kind of holder - still a fun decorative advertising piece!
