Discharged at Chattanooga, Tenn.

Mounted nicely behind glass in Frame, with acid free mat & backing under card board

Condition: folds (crease marks) are apparent both in the verticle and horizontal (3 in each direction) - there are some tears within the creases. Several places are difficult to read

Approx. Envelope Size: 13 1/4\" W x 16 1/2\" L, 1\" T
