Antique U.S. Civil War Navy Officers Sword - This sword is in amazing condition. The blade is still nice and bright in its original polish, the etching is still also nice crisp and unaltered from its original state. The blade length is 27.5 inches, 1 inch wide nearest the hand guard, and the sword over all is 33.5 inches outside of scabbard. Everything is still tight and solid in the grip and guard area with no motion. The shark skin scabbard is also undamaged and bears an engraved name that was crossed out as seen in the photos.
