This is a very beautiful, old and unique EDWARDIAN SHELL CAMEO LADY PORTRAIT ROSE CUT DIAMOND 10K GOLD c. 1910 ring size 9 1/4 (4.5g). The ring has a marvelous hand carved shell cameo has lady portrait, rose cut necklace diamond and 10K gold decoration. The ring has a very elegant feel to it. The cameo measures (5/8" x 7/16").
