(Click to Enlarge)This beautiful French ormolu and patinated mantel clock dates from the period of King Charles X (ruler from 1824 to 1830). The movement resides in a leaf-cast case flanked by anthemia above a leaf-cast rectangular plinth, and is fitted with an allegorical panel in relief above a rectangular base. Measures: 25 in tall, 12 in wide (63.5 cm tall and 30.5 cm wide). We are not sure of the working conditinon of the movement. As with all antique clocks that are shipped, buyer should expect the need for professional adjustment upon receipt. We are selling this item \"as-is\".
