An Opportunity to Purchase an Impressive German Black Forest Single Fusee Cuckoo Clock

Please see all twenty two photographs,I have for sale a German Black forest single fusee table cuckoo clockcirca post 1860s, the clock is in good working and cosmeticorder keeping good time the cuckoo chirping and a spiral gong striking as it should on the hour and half hour, the clock is complete with a key.The movement has no makers mark I have it on good authority it may well be by Philip Haas & Sohne The case is excellent with leaf and bird handcarvings withthe original fixings to attatch the crown, please note this isa genuine antique and will have expected age related wear however smallThe substantial brass movement ( the plates are 3mm thick) is running with a good strong beat andis clean and free from any bad repairs
The clock appears to have the original bellows and pendulum, the hands are plastic replacements and a small section of the X numeral is missing at the twelve O clock position, the clock looks well cared for and any repairs and servicing over the years have been carried out to a good standard.To give an idea of size one of the photographs has been taken next to a standard 750cl bottle of wine, the dimensions are.
