English Make 20 Button Concertina needs TLC. It still plays. From what research I did(I\'m no expert in these) this looks to be a Lachenal manufactured concertina. I was able to remove one handle, what looks like a serial number is shown in the last picture, number is 180372. Again I am not an expert with these. This information is as only good as what I was able to find on the net. The concertina does play one button is stuck down. It plays a different note when expanding and contracting.
