Antique Pair Of Asian Gilt Bronze Censers With Birds Hawks On Trees Koro 12.5 x 9 x 7 inches

This beautiful Antique Pair of Asian Gilt Bronze Censers/ Koro feature Birds Hawks standing with wings spread on tree limbs. Eachbird is removable from the branch base and has a lidded compartment on its back. These pieces came from a large collection of Japanese bronzes and we believe these may be Japanese pieces from the Meiji era. The pieces each measure approximately 12.5 tall x9 wide x7 inches deep, and have a combined weight of 22 pounds. Given some light loss of gilt this set of censers is in very good antique condition.
