This wooden peg doll stands 12 inches tall.

A late 1800\'s antique Germany Wood Peg doll dressed to resemble a peddler. The doll is accessorized with six items of clothing: bloomers, slip, dress, apron and hooded cape, mop cap and bonnet. Her head is covered with mop cap and then black bonnet lies under the hood of the cape. She has her trader basket which hooks around her neck securely tied by a ribbon bow. The basket has items for sale: glass bottle of candy canes, laces, pots pans, clothes pens and separate Christmas basket dressed with holiday holly.

All the dolls clothing pieces are removable and she has painted shoes. Her face paint is excellent, white painted face, black painted hair. She has holly branch through her arm for seasonal theme and decorative holiday basket. She can continue to be outfitted with miniatures for play and display.

She is in great condition for age no lost wood or breakage. The right arm to stuck in place but can be repaired for movement. Her dress is approximately

fades as you would expect a poor elderly individual of the late Victorian era. Lovely old wood peg for collector\'s enjoyment and displays.
