On offer today is a Schoenhut toddler in the rare smallest size, and also with the rarely-found elastic stringing!He is marked with a label on the back of his neck, but the lettering on it wore away long ago. I do guarantee he\'s an authentic antique Schoenhut doll.He comes undressed, but this way you can dress him (her?) in an outfit to your taste.My pics really don\'t do him justice. He\'s a little bit homely (the \'Nature Baby\' mold usually is), but much cuter than my plain photography shows!CONDITION:
He\'s in quite fair condition for one of these dolls. They are often found very bashed up, because they withstood rougher play than the bisque-head dolls that were the mainstay of the era.There\'s no repainting, though, and that is hard to find on these dolls.. they are far more often found with unfortunate amateur restoration work.His elastic stringing is new, but note he\'s not as stiff as the metal spring-jointed Schoenhut dolls. Actually this is kind of nice, he\'s a lot more cuddly!No odors!MEASUREMENTS:
He is about 10 3/4 inches tall
