For sale is this very nice antique salesman\'s sampleSPARKcast iron pot belly stove. It was made in the USA by Grey Iron Casting Co. out of Mt. Joy, PA. This piece measures approximately 14\" tall by 8\" wide with 8.5\" depth. Please see the pictures to evaluate the condition. We find the details on this piece to be in excellent condition, as you don\'t usually see these with the toleware style paint in this condition. Oftentimes, these are re-painted in poor restoration attempts to cover up rusting. All of the moving parts are functional. It is missing at least one accessory/tool, which would have hung from the side. Accessories are usually able to be purchased separately. There is some very minimal white splatter on the lid area (possibly paint splatter). We believe this can be carefully removed with a proper solvent if desired. We don\'t see much rust or any cracks, chips, or breaks. One of the back legs is a little bit loose, but we believe it can be properly tightened with careful craftsmanship. We also see what appears to be at least one missing piece of interior hardware. The piece stands and shows very nicely! We consider the overall condition to be very good to excellent. An additional $3.00 handling fee is charged to share the cost of shipping insurance.
