This is an sale for an antique brass surveyors LIETZ INCLINOMETER with leather carrying case. This small pocket inclinometer is stamped A. LEITZ CO. SAN FRANCISCO USA and the case is stamped LIETZ and the instrument itself measures 5 1/4 x 2 x 1 inch. I am not sure of the date, maybe 1890-1915 or so, if anyone knows, please email. The inclinometer is in very good unrestored condition, complete and functioning well, however, as you can see, there needs to be some cleaning as the surfaces of the brass are discolored from age. The level still has liquid and the air bubble and swivels and locks down with ease. The carrying case is in very good condition. Email with any questions or answers.
