Not quite sure of the material it is made from nor thewhere it was made.My best guess is that this piece is from Germany because my father\'s ancestors were from that country. It isconsistent with other candy containers from Germany.Please see photos because he does have a cracked body and face.He sits very nice.Very very unique historical piece!
