Antique electrified 1895 B&H Bradley and Hubbard Brass Oil Lamp w/Unique shade

Awesome polished brass antique electrified Aladdin Style Kerosene lamp. I found this gem at an Upstate NY sale among the contents of a 1800s farm house. The lamp is embossed with No. 4 Radiant The B & H APR. 23 & DEC. 31 1895. The Aladdin shade is cream colored but appears more white when light is on. It is uniquely painted with white Daisies and red Strawberries front and back. Lovely summer display.

CONDITION

In working condition as electric. For interested in the mechanics, the wick knob turns freely and the extension shaft (light socket attached to) slides up and down freely. I have included a photo of inside fuel tank - see the gallery pictures at the top of listing for that photo. The lamp body is in good condition. There are a few dings, one by the filler cap, and then a few in the area below the wick knob - No scratches in the metal, just gentle dents. Around the base of the wick knob there is some corrosion. Really doesn\'t detract from enjoying this antique. The shade ring appears to have been repaired at some point, but nicely done. The lovely shade is perfect. No chips or cracks in glass and no paint chips or pealing. The glass edges are rough but no chips.
