An Antique Crucible...... May date to the 1800\'s......... This item is very old and well used.... there are markings on both sides and the bottom.... I have no idea what they mean.......... the crucible stands 10 inches tall and is 7 1/2 inches wide across the top.......has many coats of who know\'s what on the surface..... When I put a metal detector on the crucible it makes noise indicating some sort of metal in this item either on the surface on inside the walls...... Was found in a shed that is close to 100 years old..... have no idea of how it got there Please look at the pictures closely and ask questions.... If you have information about this item please forward...
