This antique handwritten deed from 1754 is a copy of Exeter, New Hampshire deed from 1700. The deed is for land being purchased by John Wedgwood from Richard Hilton both of Exeter. The two page deed is completely hand written on hand laid paper. Each page measures approx. 7 1/2 x 12 inches. This 263 year old document has a chip in the lower right corner and a tear on the fold otherwise good condition! !
